Four Corners Inspection Service was founded in 1995 by Holly Rankin. Holly has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of property inspection. Holly has also taken many courses on the subjects of electrical and heating systems, roofing, and new green building materials and installations so she can stay up to date with current trends.
Four Corners Inspection Service has been a member in good standing of the American Society of Home Inspectors since 2000.
Four Corners Inspection Service is also a member of NADRA, National Deck and Railing Assoc.
Holly has investigated and explored The Four Corners Area since 1984
- Holly’s professional education includes:
- 100 hours classroom instruction at a leading national home inspection school
- 200 hours of field training apprenticing to a master inspector
- 20 hours each year of A.S.H.I. approved continuing education
- 16 hours of continuing education with The Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health
- Completion of Radon Measurement Operator Certification from National Environmental Health Association
